make the window size resizable

Allow a selection of timers available (like the alarms so a timer for 10 secs, 20 secs, 1 min 5 min etc could be selected)

There is a "presets" function in the "tools" menu which does just that. Lets you save any time settings you wish, then allows you to recall them easily with just a click from the menu. Just set a time on the timer, click the tools button (gear on the toolbar) then click "Save currently set time as preset". That time is then saved in the presets menu available for use when you want to automatically set the timer for that time.

see that it is also a CLOCK

I don't understand why a clock is not in the mix. That would make it worthwhile. Just a timer, and stopwatch is very limiting. Tick TOCK. CLOCK.

In alarm clock mode, the current time is shown in plain view on the left side of the window. There's your clock. :)

There is an "auto restart" feature that, when enable from the "count alarm" preferences, will make the countdown timer automatically restart when the timer reaches zero. Set the alarm sound to NOT loop and you're good to go. Alarm will sound then timer will reset to 15 minutes (or whatever time you set) and continue counting down.

suggest pull-down menus or even a WORD menu bar.

suggest pull-down menus or even a WORD menu bar. I am "old school" & still like that little blue ribbon - you can have your "newer" users "opt" out if they don't like it - but it would help explain a lot of your "bells & whistles" a whole lot...

Haven't tested it using a headset but I'm assuming you would then hear any alarm sounds through the headset.
